Oreo Truffles Recipe

These babies are so seriously good and easy to make. Yesterday, a coworker shared some and everyone was giddy with joy over eating them. Here's how to make your own batch of crowd pleasing Oreo Truffles.

Ingredients:
1 package of Oreo cookies
1 package of Cream Cheese, 8 oz.
2 Packages of Baker's Semi-sweet chocolate squares

How to Make:
1. Crush your Oreo's into little bits either with a food processor or by placing them into a ziplock bag and crushing them with a kitchen mallet or rolling pin.
2. Mix 3 cups cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese package.
3. Roll into balls (should make about 40)
4. Melt the chocolate squares and dip the balls into the chocolate. Coating evenly. Use a fork to roll them around in the chocolate.
5. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, powdered sugar, or drizzle with melted white chocolate. The possibilities are endless on decorating them.

Other twists:
Add shredded coconut and/or nuts to the cookie/cream cheese mixture

I made these for my sisters Weddinf shower and they were a hit. My mom is making them for Christmas gifts this year... I love these things!

I've made these a few times...They are so great and easy! Use the candy cane oreos this time of year for Christmas truffles

And... instead of oreos, try them with the pecan sandies cookies. Oh my gosh!
