Our 13th Wedding Anniversary

Today is the 13th anniversary of being married to my wonderful husband, best friend, and superman. It seems that time has flown by during these 13 years. We have actually been together for 19 years and we tease each other that we grew up while being married.

Here's a snippet of our story:

We met in band. We were both band nerds, although he was 2 years ahead of me in school. I followed him to college at Stetson University. I worked really hard and graduated in 3 years instead of four. I graduated on a Sunday and got married the next Saturday. What a whirlwind of a time that was! I wouldn't change a thing about it at all.

I think I'm the luckiest girl in the world to have my husband. He is a gentleman, a hard worker, a talented musician, a superior daddy, and the love of my life. I hope the next 13 years and beyond are as full of love and life as the first 13. Happy Anniversary!
