Just to let my readers know that I have not fallen off the planet! Like many of you I am very busy with the activities of the season, not to mention that now at almost 33 weeks pregnant I am so very tired. Sleep has become impossible! And stress is at an all time high with doctor's appointments, school activities, and holiday stuff.
Don't forget that Saturday is the first day of Winter and the optimum time for the "Mrs. Claus" cake. I posted about that here. My kids get a special cake from Mrs. Claus' North Pole bakery on this day. I need to call and order it tomorrow. I will put it in the freezer for a few hours on Saturday so it gets all icy and sparkly and then it will arrive on the doorstep with a note from Mrs. Claus. Santa's just too busy these days with last minute toys to make. This would be great with some peppermint ice cream! Yum!
I'm working on a few future posts-including the "Day after Christmas" extravaganza at Target! One of the best shopping trips of the year!
